All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during product launches or sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations.

  • International Orders: Shipping costs and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. In-Store Collection

For customers located near our physical fulfillment centers, we offer In-Store Collection.

  • Items are typically available for pickup within 1–7 business days.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Risk is Key is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages
